Marc has personally founded and managed several companies, most notably Wilson Pacific Partners, a real estate development and investment firm; Wilson Management Services, a commercial property management and brokerage company; and the private equity firm MERIT Venture Partners.
A skilled negotiator and leader, Marc has developed Seattle, Washington area real estate with a combined market value of over $125 million, and has directly overseen and managed over $100 million of private investment. Marc formerly served as Vice President of Finance for a venture capital-backed technology startup, and is a sought-after strategy consultant.
Marc holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Brigham Young University and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. While at Brigham Young University, Marc was the school’s first consensus All-American quarterback and was selected by the NCAA for a post-graduate scholarship as one of the top 5 scholar athletes in the nation. In 1980, Marc was a first-round NFL draft pick to the Oakland Raiders. His NFL career spanned ten years and included two Super Bowl Championship seasons. Why I got out of the WEIGHT LOSS Industry!
The weight loss industry was my life, my passion. I wanted to motivate people, inspire them, shape the way they think, and how they feel about themselves. I wanted to provide them the opportunity to mold their bodies to what “they” wanted. It was fun for me, at first. You see, I am a network marketer who spent countless hours researching products that will help people “lose weight”. I would provide them with diet plans, mentorship, workouts, and nutritional supplements that I felt would help, IF they too the product right and did all the other steps involved. For some it worked, one of my good friends lost 90 lbs, my mother lost 50, and many, many others lost hundreds of pounds collectively. Life was good for them.
Then it all changed, I was introduced to Quintessential Biosciences (Q Sciences for short). Before Q Sciences, I was helping people feel good about them self, and helping THEM reach a particular goal. It made sense. It was life changing. However, it was just all about THEM. It didn’t change the dynamics of anything else in their lives to a point that it altered anyone else’s future but their own. Now, don’t get me wrong, that is amazing but Q Sciences was more!
The story is quite amazing as to how I got involved. I was waiting for a phone call from one of my upline with a nutritional company and we were to talk about some things we can to in order to continue our growth. When that call came in, I was at the doctor’s office, with my son, picking up a prescription for him. I answered and we introduced ourselves like most all conversations start. Then I quietly said, “Hang on, I am picking up my son’s ADHD medication”. Almost, instantly a gasping sound came over the phone and you could almost feel the energy in the room ignite as if a divine purpose was about to be exposed. The anticipated phone call that was supposed to be about a nutritional product turned into an introduction of a product that would change my son’s life and future. When I started learning more about this product, I was amazed! I was hooked because unlike the weight loss industry where you change the life of one person, with Q Sciences, you now change the life of a whole family. As a father, my son was diagnosed at an early age (5) with ADHD combined type Sever Inattentive and Impulsive disorder. While I fought time after time not to put him on medication, I had no choice! His grades in school were suffering. He didn’t eat, in fact in two years, he lost 2 pounds! From the ages 6 to 8 he weighed 62 pounds. I finally switched his medication and he is now a healthy 110 pounds 9 year old, which helps a lot in football, his favorite sport.
Since being on Q96, he doesn’t show any signs of this at all! He is still on his medication and I would never recommend anyone removing medication without the consent of a medical professional. You see, Q Sciences has always said with proper nutrition the mind and body can do amazing things. ADHD and QSciences ~HopeWithQ~
Ok, here it is… I know some of you are wondering why I am posting a lot about QSciences and not VISI anymore… Let me explain. Truth is, I love VISI, I still take it daily. It’s a great product and I highly recommend it. However, I was …introduced to QSciences. Now, I know you all have read my posts, (those who haven’t blocked me) and I am sure you are like, “Yea, he is at it again”, that’s cool too but let me tell you why I am doing QSciences, and why I believe 110% in the product.
At 5 years old, my son was diagnosed with Sever ADHD Combined type, Impulsive and Inattentive disorder. It was recommended he be on ADHD Medicine. Ok, sure, I agreed because they were doctors and it’s their job, Right? Well, after 4 ½ years and 5 different medicine and a number of other combinations to find what works for him I have notices, crying fits, fits of rage, fits of depression, moments of goofiness, tons of joy, heart break, mood swings, heat flashes, rashes on skins, but most of all, I still noticed HIM. My son! While everyone else would tell me, he needs discipline, he needs structure, he needs a routine, he needs this, he needs that, and he needs to eat this… They never looked at MY SON and what HE needed, just what they thought he needed. I fought for him and his brother too, I protected him, I sheltered him from negativity. Even as his grades continued to drop I proudly stood up and said he is smarter that most adults, sorry if he can’t “Sit Still” long enough to take a test. Sorry if he blurts out the answer before the teacher is done asking the question because he already knows it, and sorry he gets a little hyper when most other kids are reading at a desk they sit in for 6 hours. Therefore, my vision moving forward is to speak as loud as I can about QSciences and how it will help any number of issues when dealing with mental wellness because MY SONS mean more to me that anything this world has to offer and if I can provide him a NON NARCOTIC way of life, so he may live happy and normal without depression and anxiety, then that is a mission I am ready to tackle. I encourage you to step out of the norm and take a look at your surroundings. Help someone who needs it instead of drugging them to the standards of living. His personality is still bubbly and outgoing, his creativity is still exploding, but his impulsiveness is almost diminished!! His focus is spot on and his learning ability (to comprehend) is gaining new ground!!! I am so excited for him and his new future!!! He is the exact reason I am so passionate about sharing Q Sciences with the world!!!
